Update!

Yet again, the website underwent a minor make over. This time we added in a area where you can buy the service you want. There is a strange concept behind this. I found that when I just had "book in" running - there was some confusion on how to do so - and then charging a retainer fee. Then I took that away, and just had the "get a quote" .... but again that was scaring off a few potential clients. So back to the drawing board I went. I had to be creative? Inventive? Solve both my problems - make it easy to engage with clients, but still make sure my work is safe - and I get paid for the hard work I do. But how?

And that is where I came up with the idea of the shop - because we are selling a product right? A service? Now clients can purchase the service they are after - and pay the retainer fee (which we have received excellent feedback from), and from there we can engage more about the future project - and I can make sure that myself, my team and our client is all on the same page and have the same expectations.

On a side note. It was ANZAC day on the weekend - it was also my birthday. So I have put together a small offer for new and existing clients. Check it out. Also we are down 1 week of the school holidays - 1 more to go - you got this!
