What skill sets does my Virtual Assistant have?

I possess a wide range of expertise and skills here. I have a mentor and a network of people I can call upon to collaborate with. I am always looking for ways to up skill and expand my knowledge and resources. I enjoy taking on challenges and learning new things. 

Will I meet my Virtual Assistant in person?

Outsourced VA does offer the option of meeting with clients in person ( if you are in the Auckland Region). I also offer the option of having a Zoom meeting. At Outsourced VA I believe it is beneficial to both Virtual Assistants and the client to meet, and discuss the tasks face to face. Both parties then have a clear understanding of the expectations.

Why do I pay for a service first - without discussing my requirements?

The reason for this - is to ensure I get paid for the work I do. The initial cost is like a "down payment" or a Retainer Fee. I will make contact within 24 hours of receiving notice of payment for the Retainer Fee. From there we will discuss in further your requirements for the project, and a quote will be given. If it's all agreed, a contract will be drawn up, and work will commence. If no agreement can be reached, and work will not go ahead - I will refund the FULL Retainer Fee.
